OPU/SecurityGateway1.0

Attention:
This reset process will restore OPU back to factory default setting. All previous settings and data will be erased.

1. Power up your OPU and wait 1 minute
2. Gently insert a paperclip into the reset hole on the back of the device for approximately 20 seconds
3. The LED indicator will stop blinking for a few seconds then restart blinking
4. Please wait 2-3 minutes for OPU to reconnect
5. Now use App to activate your OPU

OPU2/SecurityGateway2.0

OPU3/SecurityGateway3.0

3. All LED lights in the front of the device will go off then the unit will start to reboot
4. Please wait 2-3 minutes for OPU to reconnect

Wi-Fi Camera

1. Plug the camera into an AC outlet, wait for 2 minutes
2. Press and hold the reset tab in the back of the camera for approximately 5 seconds, until the power light goes off
3. Let go, wait 2 minutes
4. Add the device

Twist HD Camera

1. Plug the camera into an AC outlet, wait for 2 minutes
2. Remove the top cover and locate the reset hole near the micro SD card slot
3. Insert a paperclip into the reset hole for approximately 3 seconds; hold it until the camera beeps
4. Let go, wait 2 minutes
5. Add the device

Min Cube HD Camera

1. Plug the camera into an AC outlet, wait for 2 minutes
2. Insert a paperclip into the reset hole for approximately 5 seconds; hold it until the camera beeps
3. Let go, wait 2 minutes
4. Add the device

OutdoorHD Camera

1. Remove the AC power
2. Remove the cover with the provided tool to expose the reset button
3. Press and hold the reset button while you plug in the AC power
4. Continue to hold for 5 seconds
5. Let go, wait 2 minutes
6. Add the device

Pan Tilt Camera

1. Plug the camera into an AC outlet, wait for 2 minutes.
2. Remove the back cover and locate the reset hole near the micro SD card slot.
3. Insert a paperclip into the reset hole for approximately 5 seconds; hold it until the camera LED solid blue lights or blue to blinking green.
4. Let go, wait 2 minutes.
5. Add the device.

HD IP Camera

1. Plug the camera into an AC outlet, wait for 2 minutes.
2. Press and hold the reset tab in the back of the camera for approximately 5 seconds, until the power light goes off.
3. Let go, wait 2 minutes.
4. Add the device.

Smart Plug

1. Plug the device into an AC outlet, wait for 2 minutes
2. Press and hold the manual power button for approximately 20 seconds, until the power light toggles
3. Let go, wait 2 minutes
4. Add the device

Wi-Fi 3-in-1 Trio Sensor

1. Open the front cover of the sensor
2. Remove the battery and insert again
3. Press the tamper switch four times within 1.5 seconds and during the 4th press, hold the tamper switch until the LED lights up. After 3 seconds the LED will turn OFF, and after the next 2 seconds, release the tamper switch. If the reset was successful, the LED will light on for 1 second. Otherwise, the LED will flash once.
4. Return to the app and follow the onscreen instructions.

Garage Door Control Button

1. Press and hold down the reset button on the back of device with a pin for approximately 5-8 seconds.
2. The LED indicator will blink red and green then orange to blinking green.
3. Let go, wait 2 minutes
4. Add the device

Wi-Fi Range Extender

1. Power up your device and wait 1 minute.
2. Gently insert a paperclip into the reset hole on the back of the device for approximately 20 seconds.
3. The LED indicator will stop blinking for a few seconds then restart blinking.
4. Please wait 2-3 minutes for device to reconnect.
5. Now use App to activate your device.

Wi-Fi Contact Sensor

1. Open the front cover of the sensor.
2. Remove the battery and insert again.

1. Press the Arm in Stay Mode button five times within 1.5 seconds and during the 5th press, hold the button until the LED solid green lights. If the reset was successful, the LED will light on for 1 second. Otherwise, the LED will flash once.
2. Return to the app and follow the onscreen instructions.

Wi-Fi Remote Control

1. Press the button five times within 1.5 seconds and during the 5th press, hold the button until the LED solid green lights. If the reset was successful, the LED will light on for 1 second. Otherwise, the LED will flash once.
2. Return to the app and follow the onscreen instructions.

Wi-Fi Water Leak

1. Press and hold down the reset button on the back of device with a pin for approximately 5-8 seconds.

2. The two LED indicator will blinking red.
3. Let go, wait 2 minutes.
4. Add the device.

Z-wave Bridge (PSC03)

1. Plug the bridge into an AC outlet, wait for 2 minutes.
2. Insert a paperclip into the reset hole for approximately 5 seconds; until the power light goes off.
3. Let go, wait 2 minutes.
4. Add the device.

1. Plug the bridge into an AC outlet, wait for 2 minutes.
